What if I don’t have a Reactive Charge ?
Almost all areas across the UK operate the policy of charging for Reactive Power although there are isolated areas that are still to conform to the common charging method which is due to come in force from April 2010, it is therefore important that all consumers check their electricity bills on a monthly basis for reactive Power Charges and act immediately to remove the charge to avoid costly penalties which could easily amount to ££££££ of pounds per annum.
